Analysis the Effect of Job Security and Collaborative Culture on Lecturer Performance at Widya Dharma University Pontianak, with Mediation Job Satisfaction

The objective of this study, conducted at Widya Dharma University Pontianak, is to examine the impact of job security and collaborative culture on lecturer performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative research design was employed, with 57 active lecturers participating in this study through the administration of questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the WarpPLS 8.0 analysis tool. The results indicated that job security exerts a positive yet insignificant influence on lecturer performance. The results demonstrated that both collaborative culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on lecturer performance. Furthermore, the data revealed that job security and collaborative culture have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Additionally, the findings indicated that job satisfaction acts as a mediator between job security and collaborative culture on lecturer performance at Widya Dharma University Pontianak. The insights gained from this study offer valuable insights into the factors that influence lecturer performance and have implications for policy development at the university.
